Michael W. Price has enjoyed an extensive background in litigation surrounding real estate matters. For nearly 30 years he has represented and been an honorary member of the Alaska Land Title Association and represented the title insurance industry as claims attorney for most underwriters in the State of Alaska.

Mike was born in Houston, Texas, September 2, 1951; admitted to bar, Texas (1974), Alaska (1975), U.S.District Ct. (1975), U.S. Supreme Court (1983), Ninth Circuit (1995). Education: Baylor University (B.B.A., 1973; J.D., 1974). Mr. Price has practiced law in Anchorage since 1975. He is a recipient of Martindale Hubbell’s highest attorney rating of “AV”.

Susan E. Price has extensive experience in handling commercial and residential real estate matters. Susan was born in Atwater, California, May 8, 1965; admitted to bar 1992, Alaska and U.S. District Court, District of Alaska. Education: University of Washington (B.A. 1987); University of Puget Sound School of Law (J.D. 1992). Ms. Price has practiced law in Anchorage since 1992. She is a recipient of Martindale Hubbell’s attorney rating of “BV”.
